Job descriptionContribute for effective implementation of QMS with setting best quality assurance practices Ensure periodic calibration of measuring instruments Prepare and maintain Inspection checklists as per requirement Ensure 5 S maintenance in Production, Workshop and Stores area Track and reduce Rejection / Rework Maintain NC register and carry out Root Cause Analysis as and when required Ensure best quality of products and other deliverables 3 to 4 years previous experience in a similar role / industry Well versed with ISO 9001 : 2015 standard Knowledge Quality norms and procedures Knowledge of 5S and Root Cause Analysis Technical Understanding of products and services Should be able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Office, etc.) Good verbal and written communication
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLES :
- Responsible for making sure that designing, development, engineering and manufacturing
processes are performed correctly using the right tools, techniques, materials, and processes
and controlling non-conformities and deviations observed during inspection process
Qualification :
BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent
