About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Openlink Endur and deep understanding of the Energy & Commodities Trading and Risk Management (E / CTRM) domain.

You will work closely with clients, drive product roadmaps, define business solutions, and deliver value through structured consulting and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Product Management & Consulting for Openlink Endur
• Engage with global clients to understand business challenges & trading workflows
• Define product vision, roadmap, user stories & acceptance criteria
• Partner with Engineering, QA & Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct business workshops, requirement-gathering & functional analysis
• Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications
• Influence & manage multiple stakeholders across business & technology
• Create and deliver product demos, workflow documentation & presentations
• Identify optimization opportunities & drive product / process innovation
• Support pre-sales engagements proposals, estimation & solutioning
• Mentor junior PMs / BAs & define best practices
