What You Will Do
We're looking for a Market Research Analyst who is passionate about data, trends, and insights. You'll play a key role in gathering intelligence on industries, competitors, and customers—turning research into actionable recommendations that power both our strategy and business development initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Research Deep Dives : Conduct primary and secondary research to gather market data and industry trends.
- Competitor & Market Analysis : Track competitor activities, customer preferences, and market conditions to generate actionable insights.
- Support Campaigns : Contribute research-driven inputs to digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Content & Insights : Develop surveys, questionnaires, and market reports that inform content strategy and business development.
- Deliver Impactful Reports : Support the creation of presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and client use.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with marketing, business development, and strategy teams to align findings with business goals.
- Measure & Optimize : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, recommending improvements to maximize effectiveness.
- Maintain Intelligence Hub : Manage and organize databases of market research, intelligence, and performance data.
What We Are Looking For
Completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Market Research CompanyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using research tools and databases (e.g., Statista, Nielsen, Google Trends).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods is a plusWhy Join Us
