Hands-on experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes. Strong scripting automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell. Experience with CI / CD tools, monitoring, logging frameworks. Solid understanding of networking, security, cloud governance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration skills.
Sr Cloud Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Cloud Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure design and management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal cloud performance and drive adoption of best practices.
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure services on AWS Azure or GCP.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines ensuring smooth deployments across environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in cloud environments.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards in all cloud operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on cloud best practices.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and propose adoption where it adds value.
