Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Strong Knowledge of architecting E-Commerce applications covering Web, Mobile & other devices. Should possess good knowledge about E-Commerce features such as Web Analytics, Content Management Systems, Application security protocols, CDN etc.

2. Strong Knowledge on Java, J2ee, Spring, SpringBoot, REST SOAP webservices, Hibernate and microservices. Good Understanding of architecture and design patterns.

3. Working proficiency in development toolsets like GIT / BitBucket, jira, svn, jenkins or similar other CICD tools.

4. Comfortable in working with databases such as Oracle, Mysql , Postgres or NO SQL databases

5. Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests for Java code (JUnit must, Cucumber / Selenium would be big plus). Development of java web application

6. Write presentation-tier HTML5 / Javascript code / modern UI technologies Angular.js, Vue.js or React.js

7. Demonstrated experience in building and deploying complex solutions

8. Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices that exist within a large organization

9. Requiring the management of multiple stakeholder expectations, often across different business divisions / units.

10. 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, problem definition, Architecture / Design / Detailing of Processes

11. 5 years of experience in Solution design for B2B and B2C applications

12. Strong Analytical and Communication Skills

Good-to-Have

1. Experience in working in a large, complex, multi-national organization.

2. Experience in change management and global / multicultural projects

3. E-Commerce Application Development & Management

4. Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) would be an added advantage
