Sales Account Executive (FinTech / Software Sales)
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid preferred) or Remote (India)
Compensation : ₹52–65 LPA (Base + Commission)

We are a rapidly growing London-based FinTech startup backed by leading global and Indian investors. Our company builds next-generation payment and financial software used by thousands of businesses across the UK. The company's name will be disclosed during later interview stages.
We are expanding our international sales team serving UK and European clients and are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to join us in the exciting next stage of our company's growth.
Role Overview
This is a senior, high-impact role for an ambitious and commercially astute sales professional. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle — from customer discovery and qualification through to pricing negotiation and deal closure — working closely with our SDRs and Founding Team.
Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, presenting clear business value, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
