If you love travel, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a knack for creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway.
- Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system.
- Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences.
- Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.
What We’re Looking For
A passionate learner with 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —you should love engaging with people.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques .Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus!)
