Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA efforts including planning, automation strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, reviewing their test cases and automation scripts.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement Skills & Qualifications :
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright or Cypress for test automation.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience in using CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
