QA Agility is looking for a SAP Testing SME to build and lead our SAP Testing as a Service (TaaS) practice.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead SAP Testing and automation with Tricentis Tosca & CBTA, reduce SAP functional team testing load, and drive end-to-end testing excellence across Middle East & Europe clients.
  • Lead and operationalize SAP Testing as a Service (TaaS).
  • Perform end-to-end SAP testing (integration, regression, performance, UAT).
  • Collaborate with SAP Functional and Technical teams to optimize testing efforts.
  • Define test strategy, governance, and reusable assets.
  • Drive automation initiatives and continuous testing improvements.
  • Mentor teams and build SAP testing capabilities across client projects.

Mandatary Requirements :

  • 8–12 years in SAP Testing, with 3–5 years hands-on Tosca Tricentis.
  • Expertise in SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP) and integration testing.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA, test automation, Agile / DevOps environments.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

    • Optional : Certifications in Tosca; SAP certifications preferred.

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related (Master’s preferred).
