Role Overview

You will lead the development of ArcDial , our custom rotary controller for mixed-reality interactions.

Your job : convert our conceptual hardware architecture into a production-ready device — schematic → PCB → firmware → testing → integration.

Core Responsibilities

• Design schematics & PCB for a round, compact controller (ESP32 / WROOM based)
• Integrate rotary encoders, WS2812 LED rings, USB-C, buttons, regulators
• Write bare-metal firmware for rotation, push actions & LED animations
• Implement high-performance serial communication ( USB / BLE )
• Ensure stable JSON event output for Unity integration
• Handle EMI, power stability, protection circuits, and debugging
• Work with manufacturing partners for PCB fabrication & assembly
• Support our Unity team in real-time input testing
