Golang Developer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description :

• Lead & Innovate : Architect and develop robust, event-driven microservices in Go, designed to manage high-volume, real-time financial transactions and data flows.
• Build for Scale : Design and evolve enterprise-wide event pipelines that are highly reusable and extensible, providing flexible building blocks capable of processing current and future business use cases across various domains.
• Collaborate & Impact : Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, product management, finance, and compliance to ensure solutions are resilient, compliant, and strategically aligned.
• Leverage AI / ML : Pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate manual finance tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and financial journal creationenhancing accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.
• Real-Time Excellence : Design, deploy, and optimize streaming technologies like Kafka to deliver real-time financial insights and ensure rapid response capabilities.
• Optimize & Refine : Continuously enhance financial data models, balancing complex compliance requirements and high-performance standards to meet evolving business needs.
• Strategic Integration : Advocate and facilitate seamless integration of microservices across diverse financial applications and services, driving scalability, reliability, and future-proof Skills and Experience :
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a Senior or Staff-level role, with proven expertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in Go (or similar languages), with a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling microservices handling extensive real-time data processing.
• Demonstrated capability in automating complex financial operations, such as payment settlements, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and royalties, along with a strategic vision to apply similar solutions to broader business processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience with event streaming technologies (Kafka preferred) and proficiency in designing and maintaining sophisticated real-time data pipelines.
• Strong command of SQL and broad experience with data modeling across various database platforms, including but not limited to Oracle and Snowflake.
• Proven experience in managing environments with AWS, demonstrating skillful navigation of cloud infrastructure and environment automation using Terraform..
• Extensive experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines, automating the software delivery lifecycle using modern tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, etc) to ensure rapid, reliable, and high-quality software releases.
