About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Zoho Development & Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is

perfect for someone who knows the Zoho ecosystem inside and out—someone who can design, develop, and

integrate custom business applications and create seamless workflows using Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk,

Books, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement custom applications using Zoho Creator.
• ⁠Design, automate, and optimize workflows across Zoho apps (CRM, Desk, Books, etc.).
• ⁠Integrate Zoho products with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• ⁠Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and blueprints to meet client-specific needs.
• ⁠Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Zoho.
• ⁠Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for deployed solutions.
• ⁠Collaborate with internal teams or clients to ensure project goals are met.
