Frido is looking for a Footwear Merchandiser to manage sourcing, buying, and merchandising activities across footwear categories.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end sourcing and vendor negotiations

Develop merchandising strategies and identify market trends

Collaborate with design teams for product development

Analyze sales and market data for business decisions

Manage inventory levels and ensure product quality compliance

Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate from NIFT or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry

Strong track record in buying and merchandising

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship skills

Proficient in MS Office and relevant planning tools
