Job Title : Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience)
Overview
We are seeking a sharp and driven Recruiter with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in technology hiring. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening effectiveness. Candidates with a minimum of two years of dedicated experience in tech hiring and a desire to build new success stories will be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology based roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using modern tools, including AI-driven platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers / stakeholders to understand requirements and refine search strategies.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and drive proactive engagement.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure ATS hygiene, timely updates, and adherence to SLAs.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate periodic reports.(Added advantage)
- Represent the organization professionally to build a strong employer brand.
- Continuously research market trends and talent insights relevant to technology hiring.
Requirements
2–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on tech hiring.Strong business sense and the ability to understand role context and stakeholder expectations.High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools for sourcing or screening is preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.What We Offer
