We are looking for an Scheduling Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leading Architecture Firm based in the US.

This is a fully-remote role and you will be hired as a contractor.

Role :  Overseas Scheduling Specialist

Department :  Project Management

Location :  Remote (Overseas)

Reporting To :  Projects Director / Project Manager

Time Commitment :  Full-time (LA Time 8-5)

I. Role Summary

The Overseas Scheduling Specialist will be a dedicated, highly technical resource responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing all project and production schedules across the TRÜ Architectural portfolio. This role requires  expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project  and a deep commitment to precision, ensuring all timelines are optimized, integrated, and clearly communicated to project teams. The specialist will work in close coordination with Project Managers to ensure proactive schedule management and risk mitigation.

II. Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

A. Scheduling Operations & Maintenance

• Schedule Development & Updates :  Develop and maintain the master schedule for all active construction projects and internal production / fabrication cycles.
• Update Frequency :  Execute comprehensive schedule updates on a  bi-weekly minimum , with the capacity to transition to weekly updates as project intensity or complexity dictates.
• Schedule Logic :  Ensure all schedules utilize best practices in Critical Path Method (CPM) logic, accurately reflecting dependencies and managing total float effectively.
• Internal Alignment :  Actively cross-reference material Bill of Materials (BOM) delivery timelines (ETAs) with the project schedule to identify and flag potential logistics-based constraints.
