About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Backend Developer to architect, develop, and scale backend systems across our neurotechnology and wellness platforms. You will work extensively with Node.js (Fastify), Python, Go, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server , building secure and high-performance applications supporting global deployments.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys ownership, solving deep technical challenges, and building robust backend architecture in a fast-moving innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop microservices using Node.js (Fastify) , Python , and Go .
- Manage and optimize databases including PostgreSQL and SQL Server .
- Use Prisma ORM for schema management and efficient data operations.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Science teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Review code, set technical standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
