Job Description
Product Strategy and Development :
- Lead the design and development of a robust and innovative P&C product portfolio that leverages digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, big data, IoT, and digital platforms and aligns with market needs, customer expectations, and company growth goals.
Product Lifecycle Management :
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and launch to post-launch evaluation and continuous improvements.
- Oversee the use of agile methodologies to rapidly iterate and deliver new P&C products or enhancements to existing products.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools are in place.
Pricing & Financial Performance :
- Lead the pricing strategy for P&C products to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and market fit.
Digital Distribution and Go-to-Market Strategy :
- Oversee the digital distribution strategy, working closely with marketing and sales teams to design and execute digital-first campaigns and offerings.
- Utilize digital platforms (, self-service portals, chatbots, apps) to enhance distribution channels and expand reach to a wider range of customers.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure all P&C products comply with regulatory standards, including filing and approval processes with relevant authorities.
Market Research & Innovation
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead a team of product managers and digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the product and technology
teams creating a high-performance culture and ensuring continued professional growth.
Stakeholder Management :
- Communicate product performance, strategy, and roadmap effectively to senior executives and other stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in digital product management, including mobile apps, online platforms, and automated solutions.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data to drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of digital insurance trends, insurtech innovations, and emerging technologies in the P&C space.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and digital distribution strategies.
- Ability to lead teams through complex digital transformations while maintaining operational effectiveness
