Job Description :
Own end-to-end brand management for assigned beauty categories.
Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, in-app, retail).
Coordinate with internal teams (Merchandising, Content, Creative, CRM) to drive brand visibility.
Manage product launches, promotions, and brand calendar.
Track performance metrics, consumer insights, and competition activity to optimize strategy.
Drive revenue growth through strong assortment planning and brand partnerships
