In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Manage workload performance review of sub-ordinates & manage metrices for the team

Set-Monitor-Improve Team KPIs Metrics on Error Productivity & Service levels.

Review & measure all the quotation prepared by team members.

To work with Sales & Industry teams on fixing the AE Selection guidelines & alternate proposals on a project with increased complexity lead time & cost

Ensure AE Selection guidelines are set and documented prior to all projects quotations.

Drive MIB & New product selection opportunities in quote strategy.

Project Lead for high priority projects as consultant prepare technical / commercial quote and attend customer meets when required.

Act as a Trainer in conducting technical trainings to Project teams.

To prepare & document Order Entry guidelines upon project award and engage in post order activities till shipment.

Ensure Stakeholders satisfaction & drive continuous improvements to enhance quality and productivity
