The Role
The Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging channels like TikTok and LinkedIn. Duties include campaign planning, budget allocation, copy and creative coordination, A / B testing, and performance analysis. A strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and advertising analytics is essential.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives
Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign direction
Report on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications :
3+ years experience in digital advertising, preferably in a remote or agency setting
Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Data-savvy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and media consumption
