🎓 We Are Hiring – CS Trainee 🎓

Location : Delhi

Joining : Immediate

Stipend : As per ICSI norms / candidate’s knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist in :

Drafting and filing under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016
Preparation of CoC notices, agendas, and minutes
MCA & IBBI related compliance filings
Corporate law, secretarial, and regulatory compliance support
Research and drafting of legal and corporate documents

Requirements

Must be a CS Professional qualified registered with ICSI.

Strong interest in Insolvency, Corporate & Commercial Laws.

Good drafting and communication skills.

Ability to take responsibility and meet timelines.
