Identify, research, and engage decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Ecommerce, Growth / Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty).
Execute targeted outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and sequences using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them into sales-ready opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
Collaborate with the sales team to tailor messaging for different verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Grocery).
Share market feedback to help shape GTM strategies and product positioning.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Business Development (SaaS / IT Services).
Strong working knowledge of prospecting & CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zoho, Salesforce).
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a strong plus.
Prior exposure to ecommerce, D2C, or retail tech solutions is an advantage.
Driven, persistent, and outcome-oriented and comfortable with meeting weekly outreach and opportunity targets.
