About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Operations Executive to support and streamline day-to-day digital workflows. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress, managing digital assets, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, and maintaining operational efficiency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with digital, creative, content, and performance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage daily operations across digital campaigns, including task tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee project management tools, trackers, and dashboards.
Ensure all briefs, assets, and communication are documented and updated accurately.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Handle client queries related to operational aspects and ensure timely responses.
Manage reporting, documentation, and backend digital operations.
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners for project requirements.
Ensure quality checks before delivering final outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in digital operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and platforms.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Sheets and reporting tools.
