    ROLE SUMMARY

    AGG is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with 7 10 years of experience to lead Guidewire Portal and EDGE implementation projects, combining strong front-end skills (ReactJS / AngularJS) with deep insurance domain knowledge.

    This role involves team leadership, client interaction, and delivery ownership across global engagements.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute to various technical streams of the Guidewire implementation project.
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables by the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
  • Willing to travel to the customers' locations on a as need basis
  • Should be able to handle demanding clients and handle the deliveries

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to have : (GW Portal and EDGE Competencies, AngularJS, ReactJS
  • Experience in Guidewire, PolicyCenter Configuration / Integration / Conversion heavily preferred
  • Experience in Guidewire Portals.
  • Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty.
  • REST API, ReactJS / AngularJS, Core Java
  • Gosu & Insurance sector domain experience
  • Git repository, Guidewire Certified is an added advantage, Template Design Pattern.
  • Java 8+, JSON, REST API, ReactJS / AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Tomcat and or Websphere / Weblogic
  • Real-time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from an Insurance domain background.
  • Experience in software development best practices.
  • Excellent business communication skills and client-facing.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • BE / BTech / MCA with a sound industry experience of 7 to 10 Yrs
