Job descriptionCertifications in AIOps, Cloud, or Observability tools. Experience with automation workflows and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira). Design and implement AIOps solutions using tools like ELK Build custom AIOps frameworks for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and automation. Integrate SaaS-based apps via APIs / webhooks into ELK for analytics. Drive observability, monitoring modernization, and monolithic-to-cloud transformation. Develop CXO and operational dashboards for data-driven insights.

Must Have :
- Strong hands-on in AIOps / Observability / ELK Stack / Python / AI-ML models.
- Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and data integration.
- Understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
