We’re Hiring : Production & QC Manager (On-site, Delhi NCR)

The Design Story is seeking an

experienced Production & QC Manager

to head our luxury bespoke furniture manufacturing operations.

What we’re looking for :

10+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing
Minimum 5 years in

luxury bespoke furniture

Strong expertise across

carpentry, polish, upholstery, and metal departments

Proven track record in managing production teams and ensuring top-quality execution

Excellent eye for detail, with a focus on maintaining craftsmanship at the highest level

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end production across multiple departments (woodwork, polish, upholstery, and metal)

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems

Work closely with design teams to translate concepts into flawless execution

Manage timelines, optimize workflows, and ensure cost efficiency

Mentor and guide production teams to consistently deliver high standards

Location :

On-site at our facilities in Delhi NCR
