This is a remote position Fusion HCM Consultant (Talent Management) P2 / P3 / P4
Job Description :
We are seeking a Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Recruiting and Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
The consultant should have hands-on experience in executing end-to-end recruiting solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud and be proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solutioning.
- Oracle HCM cloud functional consultant with expertise in Recruiting and Core HR, Oracle HCM compensation Cloud and Benefits, Time & Labor and Absence Management, Talent Management
- Experience in at least 1-2 HCM implementation projects
- Should be able to independently execute end to end recruiting solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solutioning of Oracle HCM
- Relevant experience of 4-5 years in HCM Cloud is must
- Experience in Global implementation is desired
- Experience in any HCM modules like HR Helpdesk or Learning is an added advantage
Technical Skills :
HCM Cloud technical consultant with expertise in extracts and HDLExperience in creating payroll interfaces using extractsExperience in creating BI publisher reports with different templates like RTF, Excel, e-text etc.Experience in migrating / uploading worker data, absences, goals, security etc in HCM Cloud using HDLShould have experience in personalization and security in HCM Cloud(ref : hirist.tech)
