We are looking for an experienced CNC Senior Service Engineer to lead service operations, handle installations, and ensure smooth machine performance at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC machines at customer locations.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for complex technical support and spare parts management.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health inspections as per schedule.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers and junior service engineers.
Train customers on machine operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
Document service activities, prepare service reports, and maintain records.
Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales technical discussions when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.
Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience : 8 –10 years in CNC machine installation, service, and maintenance.

Strong hands-on experience with CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / L&T) .

Good knowledge of mechanical alignment, electrical circuits, and control parameters.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer-handling ability.

Willingness to travel frequently to client locations across India.
