Azure DevOps Engineer

Summary :

We are looking for a Azure DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in DevOps principles and infrastructure management, but with minimal engineering or coding involvement. This role focuses primarily on monitoring CI / CD pipelines, supporting release processes, managing infrastructure operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Collaborate with development teams to coordinate releases and deployment schedules
• Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and automation (using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
• Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for operational problems
• Maintain system and application availability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus)
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
• Maintain documentation for operational processes, deployment runbooks, and infrastructure setups
• Support the audit process and enforce change management policies

Required Skills & Experience :

• 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Operations role
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) – limited to automation and monitoring
• Working knowledge of version control (Git) and CI / CD systems
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes – monitoring / support, not development)
