Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jaipur, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, as well as compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Responsibilities include devising HR strategies, managing employee performance reviews, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The role also involves collaborating with management to align workforce planning with organizational goals and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and career development.

Qualifications

• HR Management skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Expertise in training, development, and performance management
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and company policies
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in HR software, reporting tools, and basic office applications
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in an HR management role, prior experience in manufacturing or export industries is advantageous
• Proactive mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills
