Senior IAM Governance Engineer

Job Description :

The Senior IAM Governance Engineer will be responsible for designing, building and documenting all key elements of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) infrastructure and services that are part of the overall identity security program.

This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to IT resources across the organization, leveraging platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint or Oracle Identity Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IAM / IGA with preferably 2 years hands-on with Saviynt.
• Strong scripting skills (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integrations.
