Position Overview :

We are looking to hire four highly skilled Customer Service Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in U.S. staffing, exceptional communication abilities, and experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) client environment. This role is a hybrid of client-facing responsibilities and team leadership, ensuring both excellent service delivery and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Staffing Expertise : Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in U.S. staffing, ideally with exposure to the BFSI sector. We are also open to candidates with strong experience in IT or Functional or any other domain if the candidate has exceptionally strong skills.

Communication Excellence : We require exceptional communication skills—reading, writing, and speaking—with no compromises. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and confidently in client-facing scenarios.

Team Leadership & MSP Environment Experience : At least 1+ years of recent experience in managing recruiters within an MSP client environment is a must. This includes experience acting as an assistant team lead or team lead, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth interactions within an MSP setting.

Client-Facing Capability : A client-facing, pleasing personality is essential. Candidates should be comfortable handling client communications on a day-to-day basis and ensuring strong client relationships.

Motivation and Growth Mindset : We are seeking individuals who are self-driven, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in US Staffing with a focus on MSP / VMS.

Preference is experience with BFSI clients, but open having backgrounds in IT, Functional, or any other relevant domain if demonstrate exceptional skills and the ability to excel in a client-facing staffing role.

Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle, sourcing channels, and recruitment processes.

Proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Educational Backgrounds :

B.Tech- Computer Science, Information Technology

B.C.A / M.C.A or any other technical field
