We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–6 years of experience in IT Sales and ERP Sales, specifically with a strong focus on Infor ERP solutions . Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Utilize ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other cutting-edge tools to identify, generate, and qualify high-potential leads for Infor ERP solutions.
- Consultative Selling : Engage in a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client business challenges and propose tailored Infor ERP solutions that address their specific needs.
- Presentations & Demos : Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and successful deal closure, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors) to maximize client satisfaction and foster repeat and referral business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project delivery, aligning client expectations with outcomes.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records in our CRM, provide regular sales activity reports, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.
- Market Expertise : Continuously stay updated on Infor ERP product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to strategically position our offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.2–6 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a strong track record in IT Sales and ERP Sales.Direct experience selling Infor ERP solutions (e.g., Infor CloudSuite, LN, M3, Syteline, Lawson) is highly preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with sales and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Excellent presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.A self-starter with a hunter mentality, high energy, and a drive to succeed.What We Offer
