Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–6 years of experience in IT Sales and ERP Sales, specifically with a strong focus on Infor ERP solutions . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sales professional to leverage their expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and play a pivotal role in our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Utilize ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other cutting-edge tools to identify, generate, and qualify high-potential leads for Infor ERP solutions.
  • Consultative Selling : Engage in a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client business challenges and propose tailored Infor ERP solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Presentations & Demos : Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and ROI of our solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and successful deal closure, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors) to maximize client satisfaction and foster repeat and referral business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project delivery, aligning client expectations with outcomes.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records in our CRM, provide regular sales activity reports, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Market Expertise : Continuously stay updated on Infor ERP product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity to strategically position our offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a strong track record in IT Sales and ERP Sales.
  • Direct experience selling Infor ERP solutions (e.g., Infor CloudSuite, LN, M3, Syteline, Lawson) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with sales and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality, high energy, and a drive to succeed.
