Job Title : Power Platform Engineer

Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (IST)

Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.

Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate.

Manage and maintain Dataverse entities, relationships, and data integrity.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external data sources.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Provide support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.

Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides.

Must haves :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Power Platform development .

Strong understanding of Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Dataverse.

Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.

Familiarity with Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integration.

Knowledge of Common Data Service (CDS) and Connectors.

Ability to write custom logic using Power Fx, JavaScript, or C# (for plugins).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to haves :

Experience with Power BI integration is a plus.

Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform is a plus.
