Role Description We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching top IT talent with leading companies. You’ll drive bench sales, build lasting client relationships, and oversee all aspects of recruitment—from sourcing to placement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Recruitment :  Identify, attract, and engage top IT talent for contract and full-time roles.

Full-Life Cycle Recruiting :  Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to successful placement.

Account Management :  Develop and maintain strong client partnerships for repeat business.

Client Development :  Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and expand business opportunities.

Bench Sales Management :  Ensure successful placement of candidates onto client projects, managing bench resources and supporting revenue generation.

Communication :  Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

Experience in sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting within IT staffing or a related field.

Strong skills in hiring, account management, and client development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
