Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, facilitating procurement processes, supporting purchasing activities, and maintaining supplier relationships. Key tasks include obtaining competitive quotations, preparing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess cost-effective purchasing options
• Knowledge of Purchasing and Procurement principles
• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is advantageous
