. Mandatory Skill : Oracle Retail , MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM

Key Responsibilities

Work on Oracle Retail modules : MFCS (Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service), RMS (Retail Merchandising System), ReSA (Retail Sales Audit), and RPM (Retail Price Management) .

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail applications.

Analyze business issues, troubleshoot system problems, and propose solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across systems.

Support UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities.

Prepare documentation including functional specs, configuration docs, and user guides.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience working with Oracle Retail applications.

Strong functional / technical knowledge of MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM .

Experience in Oracle Retail implementation or support projects.

Good understanding of retail business processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
