Job Title : Duty Doctor – Casualty & Trauma Care

Location : Road, Taluk, Industrial Area, Dobbaspet, Nelmangala, Karnataka 562111

Experience : 1–3 Years

Education : MBBS or BAMS (Registered with respective medical council)

Job Type : Full-time / Shift-based

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Duty Doctor with 1–3 years of experience in casualty and trauma care. The ideal candidate will provide timely medical attention, stabilize patients in emergency situations, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide immediate medical care to patients in the casualty / emergency department.
Assess, diagnose, and stabilize patients with trauma, accidents, or acute medical conditions.
Conduct primary treatment and initiate necessary emergency interventions.
Collaborate with specialist doctors and nursing staff for critical cases.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all emergency cases.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and medical regulations .
Participate in emergency drills, training, and continuous medical education sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

MBBS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution.

Registration with MCI / State Medical Council or relevant Ayurveda council.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in casualty and trauma care .

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced emergency environments .

Good communication skills and empathetic patient approach.

Shift Details :

Rotational / Fixed shifts (including night duties as per roster).
