Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop backend microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to create efficient and scalable data structures.
• Deploy, optimize, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful HR Tech solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability through best coding practices and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance for a growing SaaS user base.
