Job description

A leading International Architectural Practice, located in Dubai with an office in India, working on prestigious projects are seeking Multi-Disciplinary BIM Modeler candidates who meet the following criteria.

JOB PURPOSE

  • The BIM Modeler plays a key role in supporting design delivery across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape.
  • This role is suited to individuals with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to work across design boundaries to support integrated project delivery.
  • The BIM Modeller may be required to fulfil duties as detailed below on single or multiple projects or working on strategic / special tasks and projects.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVES

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with DSA standards.
  • Preparation of technical design packages from Schematic Design to Tender in both CAD & Revit.
  • Preparation of 2D & 3D Technical Details, Sections and Elevations in both CAD & Revit.
  • Assist with and undertake QA / QC on Projects in accordance with company’s in-house procedures.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to support detailed design and documentation workflows.
  • Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers etc.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the studio.
  • Actively participate in company trainings such as BIM.

    • QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering from recognised Institution with at least 2-3 years’ experience post-graduation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks is essential.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Architectural background preferred; experience in Interior Design or Landscape is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Middle east experience is preferred
