Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Outbound Sales Team . This role bridges the gap between qualified leads (SQLs) from our SDR team and successful client conversions. You will own the entire demo-to-deal process , managing relationships, leading product demonstrations, handling objections, and ensuring every prospect transitions smoothly to a satisfied client.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B sales , a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build trust and close high-value deals. You will work on-site , collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from qualified lead to conversion.
  • Conduct product demos , handle client queries, and develop customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and optimal lead quality.
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets .
  • Gather and relay customer insights to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Maintain a high level of activity including calls, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging and sales campaigns.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in SaaS, tech, or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to convert SQLs into paying clients and exceed sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment .
