We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Outbound Sales Team . This role bridges the gap between qualified leads (SQLs) from our SDR team and successful client conversions. You will own the entire demo-to-deal process , managing relationships, leading product demonstrations, handling objections, and ensuring every prospect transitions smoothly to a satisfied client.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B sales , a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build trust and close high-value deals. You will work on-site , collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from qualified lead to conversion.
- Conduct product demos , handle client queries, and develop customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and optimal lead quality.
- Track and manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets .
- Gather and relay customer insights to inform sales strategy and product development.
- Maintain a high level of activity including calls, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging and sales campaigns.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,Engineering or related field preferred.2–4 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in SaaS, tech, or service-based industries.Proven ability to convert SQLs into paying clients and exceed sales quotas.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment .Key Skills :
