Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector. Leverage industry knowledge to expand the company's market presence.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.
• Strategic Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, potential investors, and key industry players to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for business growth. Develop and implement targeted strategies to maximize business development success.
• Revenue Generation : Set and achieve business development goals and targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue generation and profitability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring : Lead negotiations and drive deal-making processes, including drafting proposals, pricing, and contract agreements.
• Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular reports on business development progress, market trends, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
