We are seeking an HR Manager who can build strong teams, strengthen culture, and manage people operations end-to-end.
Talent Acquisition and Hiring
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles
- Drive sourcing strategies and build a predictable talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview structures
- Ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality hiring with minimal drop-offs
People Operations
Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle processesDrive performance reviews, OKRs, and career development workflowsImplement HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks suited for a growth-stage agencyMaintain compliance with labor laws and ensure smooth HR operationsEmployee Experience & Culture
Build a positive, transparent, high-ownership cultureConduct 1 : 1 check-ins, pulse surveys, and engagement initiativesResolve conflicts or grievances with empathy and fairnessSupport managers in improving team communication and collaborationHR Strategy & Reporting
Develop HR dashboards for hiring, attrition, engagement, and performanceForecast manpower needs with leadershipRecommend improvements in processes, policies, and team structureEnsure HR functions align with business goals and company growth trajectoryWhat We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in an HR Manager or senior generalist roleExperience in digital agencies, tech companies, or startups is preferredStrong understanding of recruitment, people operations, and HR complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust with leadership and employeesProblem-solving, mediation, and decision-making skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfort using HRMS tools, ATS, and reporting dashboardsKey Competencies
