Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Call and remind students about upcoming sessions, encouraging timely attendance.
- Welcome new customers with a friendly introduction, sharing essential details.
- Communicate with both Indian and international customers, addressing questions and collecting information.
- Track and report attendance data, flagging frequent absenteeism.
Requirements :
