We're looking for a Head of Collections Strategy , a visionary leader who can bridge analytics with execution, and build next-generation collection frameworks that drive measurable business impact.

Role Overview :

You will lead DPDzero's Collections Strategy vertical , responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling collection playbooks across digital, tele, and field channels.

You'll work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that maximize efficiency, recovery rates, and profitability , all powered by our AI-driven full stack.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Design :

• Build and continuously refine data-driven collection strategies across predue, flows, and recovery.
• Design differentiated treatment strategies leveraging AI segmentation, behavioral insights, and predictive risk models.
• Define A / B testing frameworks to measure strategic performance.
• Develop playbooks that balance automation, tele, and field interventions for each customer segment.
