BosonTech - SAP FICO Consultant

Purpose

To provide functional expertise in the SAP FICO module by managing configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling processes aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for FI (Finance) & CO (Controlling) processes.
• Configure and support SAP FICO sub-modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center and COPA.
• Perform end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrades, and support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with development teams.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work on master data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Provide L2 / L3 support by resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA.
• Coordinate with business users to understand pain points and propose system enhancements.
• Create and maintain FS documents, test scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audit, compliance, and month-end / year-end closing activities.
• Ensure integration with SD / MM / PP / HCM and other SAP modules.
