SVP / VP / AVP Relationship Managers / Private Bankers - Wealth Management
QuickTurtle is seeking experienced SVP / VP / AVP Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to join our Wealth Management team. In these critical roles, you'll be responsible for acquiring, deepening, and retaining HNI / UHNI client relationships, driving revenue through diverse wealth products, and providing expert financial advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, deepen, and retain High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients , building long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Generate significant revenue by effectively promoting and cross-selling a comprehensive range of wealth management products including Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and Equity Broking.
- Network strategically and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and preferences.
- Utilize exceptional selling skills, soft skills, and deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs.
- Possess a deep understanding of capital markets and all financial products , enabling you to provide precise and timely advice to clients.
- Build Assets Under Management (AUM) and expand the client base in alignment with targets defined by the company.
- Regularly send relevant news, market-related inputs, and insightful reports to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in acquiring, deepening, and retaining HNI / UHNI client relationships in wealth management.Extensive knowledge of equity and debt-based products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Equity Broking.Familiarity with loan products is a plus.Exceptional selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.A strong grasp of capital markets and financial products to provide sound advice.A results-driven mindset with a track record of building AUM and client base.Skills Required
