Job descriptionBachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 3โ5+ years ๐๏ธ of social media content creation experience (animation, character-driven, or viral video brands preferred). Strong storytelling skills ๐ with a keen eye for design and aesthetics ๐จ. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent. Experience with social media analytics tools ๐ (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Knowledge of SEO ๐, hashtags #๏ธโฃ, and platform-specific best practices. Excellent written โ๏ธ and verbal ๐ฃ๏ธ communication skills. English fluency. Ability to work independently ๐ช and across global time zones ๐. Nice to Have ๐ก Experience with character-driven or animated content ๐ญ. Multilingual ๐ ability (Japanese ๐ฏ๐ต, Spanish ๐ช๐ธ, Portuguese ๐ต๐น, Hindi ๐ฎ๐ณ, French ๐ซ๐ท). Track record of scaling pages to 100K+ followers ๐ or 10M+ views ๐. Knowledge of loop-based storytelling ๐ and content retention tactics. Ability to pitch ๐ก, storyboard ๐, or ideate original viral content ๐ฌ.
๐ข Job Description : Social Media Content Creator
We are looking for a creative ๐จ and data-driven ๐ Social Media Content Creator who can design, execute, and grow content strategies across Instagram ๐ธ, TikTok ๐ต, YouTube โถ๏ธ, and Meta platforms ๐ฌ.
This role is inspired by the engaging, character-driven content styles seen on bichi.mao, meetquack, bubududu_official, pudgypenguins, and milkmochabear โ where short-form storytelling ๐, aesthetics โจ, and community engagement ๐ drive growth.
Responsibilities ๐ ๏ธ
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy ๐ aligned with brand goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content โจ (posts, reels, stories, shorts, captions, hooks) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
- Study and adapt trends ๐ฅ, memes ๐, and competitor activity ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ to craft viral-ready content.
- Ensure brand consistency ๐จ across all platforms with visually appealing design and storytelling.
- Monitor analytics ๐, optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage community engagement ๐ฌ : reply to comments, DMs, and maintain a positive brand voice.
