Key Responsibilities :

Team Handling :

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, guiding them through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor daily / weekly targets and ensure performance metrics are met.
Conduct regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.
Allocate and prioritize requirements across the team effectively.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices.

Client Handling :

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client requirements in detail and strategize accordingly.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Coordinate with clients for feedback, interviews, and offer management.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
