About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical

Account Manager

to join our

GAM (Google Ad Manager)

team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with international publishers, a strong understanding of ad mediation, and a deep technical and operational knowledge of Google Ad Manager.

You’ll play a key role in managing publisher relationships, optimizing monetization strategies, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with international publishing partners.

Oversee and optimize ad mediation setups across multiple demand sources.

Utilize GAM expertise to maximize revenue and improve yield performance.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, and Sales) to ensure smooth campaign and monetization operations.

Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for partners.

Ensure timely troubleshooting and issue resolution for partner accounts.

Requirements

2–3 years

of experience managing publisher accounts in the digital advertising or ad tech industry.

Hands-on experience with

Google Ad Manager (GAM)

and

mediation platforms .

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills in English.

Proven track record of working with

international publishers .

team player

with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ad networks, SSPs, and programmatic platforms.

Familiarity with ad operations tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
